Ahmed assisted us greatly with our luggage, very appreciated. The breakfast had many options with fresh baked goods and fluffy pancakes. I enjoyed the ski equipment room and access to the shuttle, very convenient. Rooms are modern and clean, and I liked the hotel interior a lot.

The location is very convenient to restaurants, bars, and even the ice rink. It is also at walking distance to the ski gondola, but a shuttle is provided to the gondola if needed, very useful.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always available with a smile. Maria at reception was professional and very helpful. I felt service was good and appreciated all the staff did for me.

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and a fruit plate awaited us in the room. Staff members were polite and ready to assist us in any matter we needed help with. The reception was efficient during both check-in and check-out.

the hotel has a good location close to the ski pass access.
The hotel layout was a terrible maze. getting to our loft room involved climbing and descending stairs multiple times. room cleanliness was awful, with urine on the bathroom floor upon arrival. there was an extra charge for parking. A fact known beforehand but still annoying.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

The hotel is located right in the center. This location made it easy to access restaurants and shops. The ski gondola was also only a minute's walk. The food at the restaurant was really good. I especially enjoyed the dinner (the chef is doing a great job!).
There were some hairs on the towels. The spa area is smaller than I expected.
